The space is lovely and Rachel always fills the room with great beats and delicious incense. The Pilates class is always challenging but Rach offers support, cues the whole time and makes us laugh to forget the burn.
The breathwork to finish the class is a real treat for the mind and body and something not offered in any other classes I have tried - her class is the perfect way to support your overall wellness. I always leave completely blissed out and looking forward to the next class.”

“Rachel’s Pilates classes have become a routine ritual of mine every week. From the moment I walk in the room I already feel more relaxed. Rach sets the tone from the very start with mood lighting and incense. No harsh lights or mirrors here.
I always feel thoroughly guided in the Pilates practice and sometimes the ease into class is so calm I don’t even realise I’m sweating away with burning muscles. Rach always offers modifications and as someone who underwent major surgery recently, it puts me at ease to find my own level of suitability.
The finish with breathwork and meditation is a great way to thank my body for letting me do the workout. Rach guides us with great detail and speaks with such calm intent I could often fall asleep after the class listening to her.
Your body may be sore during a class but the mental gains and physical strength to follow make it worth it. 10/10 would recommend.”
